D5400 WL Wireless for Double Bass/Upright Bass
Due to the fact that most beltpack wireless systems do not provide 48 volt of phantom power nor a balanced input stage, a series of REMIC MICROPHONES have been designed to support wireless (WL) systems with unbalanced input circuits and a BIOS voltage of 3 to 8 volt.
The D5400 WL Wireless Live microphone model is based on the same principle as the D5400, but designed with a different connector for the most commonly used wireless transmitters for the flexibility to move around on stage.
The REMIC wireless solutions are developed to fit the most widely used wireless systems from Shure and Sennheiser.
In order to choose the correct wireless REMIC microphone, you need to select the correct connector you need for a particular wireless system, please see supported wireless solutions below:

Please note that some dynamic non-linearities will occur when using wireless systems in comparison to a wired solution.

The D5400 WL microphone model is the same as the normal D5400 model only with a different connector.
