KS Digital C88-Reference L

The C88 Reference is the compact full-range main monitor. Due to the coaxial construction, the C88-Reference is already at the shortest listening distances (from approx. 1 meter) useful. The two 8" bass drivers handle the lowest octave with ease. The carbon fiber membrane of the bass drivers prevents the cone from breaking up as is usual towards higher frequencies while at the same time being extremely lightweight. The 1" tweeter, which we have manufactured ourselves, offers the lowest distortion values ​​with maximum neutrality. The special waveguide -Construction of the tweeter, arranged slightly in front of the bass chassis, leads to an optimized radiation behavior and thus avoids a restless sound pattern.The stroke of the bass chassis has no effect on the radiation of the tweeter, even at higher volumes.
