BLU Link/Dante conversion unit and vice versa. The Soundweb London BLU-DAN supports both the Dante and BLU Link audio protocols; this means that the BLU-DAN can be used to add Dante functionality to BLU Link devices. The BLU-DAN is configurable via HiQnetT Audio Architect. An extensive library of objects is available for simple and intuitive "drag-and-drop" configuration. The BLU-DAN can simultaneously transmit and receive up to 64 Dante audio channels (64x64). The primary and secondary ports can be used for redundancy and error protection, while the Ethernet control port remains independent. The BLU-DAN is also capable of low-latency transmission via BLU Link for up to 256 audio channels, using a standard CAT5 cable over distances of up to 100 meters, with the option to convert to fiber optics for distances of up to 40 kilometers.
