Do I have to pay VAT?
Deliveries within Italy will be charged at the local Italian VAT rate.
Deliveries to EU countries will be charged at their local VAT rate (where applicable).
EU law requires us to charge the local VAT rate of all EU countries.
Ordering for a company within Italy
Deliveries within Italy will be charged at the local Italian VAT rate. We can issue electronic invoices to Italian companies.
Simply include your VAT number as well as all the other required business details while selecting the "Business address"-Form during Checkout as your billing address. Please also be sure that you enter your VAT number correctly AND that the number is valid.
Please note - we cannot amend a VAT invoice once it has been issued so please make sure you supply your VAT details before or when placing your order to avoid any problems.
Ordering for a company within the European Union
We do accept VAT numbers for companies registered within the European Union.
If you are ordering from any EU-member state simply include your VAT number as well as all the other required business details while selecting the "Business address"-Form during Checkout as your billing address. Please also be sure that you enter your VAT number correctly AND that the number is valid.
Upon receipt of your order we will check the viability of the number and if the number is valid and registered to the billing address.
Our System automatically calculates or (if applicable) removes VAT before you make the payment.
