What happens if I am not satisfied?

In the unlikely event that you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return your item! We are an online store and understand that you will buy something which you can’t try. But not to worry, we have this covered!

We at TRIKON want you to be completely happy with your purchase: no regrets. We therefore offer you a 30 Day Money-Back-Guarantee on our products. Unfortunately, some of our items are exempt from this guarantee. Things like bespoke items (e.g. a custom case made just for you is of no use to somebody else); items sold by the meter, or products that cannot be taken back for hygiene reasons, or also items with license regulations (e.g. registered software).

You can simply log on to your customer account and fill in the online returns form.

The equipment must be returned in its original packaging and without traces of use. Once we have received your return it will be checked for obvious signs of damage. Next, we will credit the full sales price to the method of payment used originally on the order.

Who has to pay for the return shipping costs?

For returns within the 30-day money-back guarantee, you must organize the return shipment yourself and bear the costs. However, you are also very welcome to contact us and we will organize the collection and shipment of the return for a surcharge communicated previousely. In this case, the previously communicated shipping costs will be deducted directly from the refund.

What should I do if the received articles are damaged or faulty?

As our products are "factory-new" and as we buy them exclusively as an authorized dealer from official distributors, your equipment is secured by a variety of guarantee services.

As an authorized dealer of all manufacturers, we naturally offer you the full manufacturer's warranty. This is normally two years from the invoice date.

Extended warranty periods are usually advertised on our product pages. The only exceptions are used devices, repairs and accessories such as batteries.

If an ordered item is delivered damaged or seems faulty within the 30-day money-back guarantee, we will organize the collection and replacement or repair of the device free of charge.

After the 30-day money-back guarantee has expired, you can still report faulty items and send them to us. Within the manufacturer's warranty, we will take care of the exchange or repair and return of the product also of course free of charge.

After the manufacturer's warranty has expired and at an additional cost, our specialized technicians will take care of the repairs in collaboration with the official repair centers of the various manufacturers.

Please always enclose a letter with your return and state your name as well as the order or RMA number and a fault description.
