The Sennheiser MKH 50 P48 U is a professional microphone with high attenuation of off-axis sources and diffuse sound. It offers good attenuation of ambient noise, and its frequency-independent directional characteristics allow for a pronounced tail without altering the sound balance. Suitable for soloists, vocals, and close-microphone instrumentation, it is ideal for studio, stage, or outdoor and indoor recording thanks to its switchable low-cut filter. The body is made of black anodized lightweight metal and weighs only 100 g.
