Cat. 6 cable for operating frequencies up to 250MHz in shielded version with braiding as overall shield and foil shield for the individual wire pairs (S/FTP). Cat.6 cables are the all-rounders for the professional sector. They are ideal for Gigabit Ethernet or AV extension applications. It has been manufactured and tested according to the guidelines of the ISO/IEC 11801 specification. The cables are individually packed in a polybag.

The gold-plated contacts ensure reliable, corrosion-free connections over very long periods of time. The snagless clip protection prevents the snap-on clip on the plug (jack protection) from breaking or tearing off. This allows the cables to be stored and processed without the clips getting caught in each other.

The halogen-free sheathing material of the cable, which is designed as an LSZH cable, makes the product suitable for use in public areas with its low smoke emission and completely eliminated emission of toxic halogens.
