The Focal 100 ICW8-T in-wall loudspeaker is a 2-way coaxial system designed for distributed sound distribution applications in residential and commercial environments. The enlarged woofer diameter allows a deeper low-frequency response while maintaining a controlled and uniform sound spread.

The speaker features an 8-inch Polyglass midbass, designed to deliver a natural, coloration-free midrange and rich, controlled bass. The 1-inch aluminum inverted-dome tweeter improves high-frequency dispersion, providing wide, even coverage.

The ODC crossover contributes to directivity control, avoiding localized concentrations of sound typical of ceiling installations. The built-in transformer allows power selection for 70V and 100V systems via a dedicated switch, adapting the speaker to different design requirements.

High-rigidity unibody construction reduces unwanted vibrations and improves mechanical stability. Moisture resistance also makes the speaker suitable for installation in critical environments. Mounting system with four grip-optimized brackets enables quick and secure installation; screws are designed not to come out during disassembly operations. The included round or square magnetic grilles can be painted for discreet aesthetic integration.
