RME PRO LINE ADI-2 Pro EX

The ADI-2 Pro EX represents the latest evolution of RME's all-in-one reference converter concept. Building on the proven design of the ADI-2 Pro FS R Black Edition, the new ADI-2 Pro EX offers professional users the renowned and comprehensive features of its predecessor, now updated with a redesigned chassis, improved output performance, and even more comprehensive hardware protection.

Like the ADI-2 Pro, the ADI-2 Pro EX combines several devices into one: a high-quality studio-grade AD/DA converter, a dual headphone amplifier, a multi-format converter (AES, SPDIF, ADAT) with monitoring capabilities, a converter for DSD recording and playback, and an AD/DA front end for audio measurements with sampling rates up to 768 kHz. With this range of features, the new ADI-2 Pro EX stands out as one of the most versatile converters on the market.

Larger, ventilated chassis: refined design and improved cooling efficiency, in line with the look of the ADI-2/4 Pro.

Updated with chrome feet from the ADI-2 DAC FS, which add a refined touch to the desktop setup.
