Bss BLU-102

The BLU-102 features an 8-channel AEC (Acoustic Echo Cancellation) card and a telephone hybrid with an RJ-11 jack for direct connection to analog telephone lines (also known as PSTN or Analog PBX). The AEC card has the same features as the BLU-101 model, but supports 8 channels instead of 12. The BLU-100's analog inputs feature software-adjustable gain in 6 dB steps up to +48 dB, with independently selectable phantom power on each channel. Phantom power status, signal presence, and any clipping are clearly indicated for each channel via a set of LED indicators on the front panel, without the need for a connected PC. The BLU-102 is also equipped with a 48-channel, low-latency, fault-tolerant digital audio bus that uses standard CAT5e cable to transmit signals to compatible devices, up to a distance of 100 meters between the two units. Specialized fiber-optic converters can be used to extend the maximum distance to over 10 km on a single-mode basis. The BLU-102 is configured, controlled, and monitored via the HiQnetT London Architect software and is compatible with all other members of the London family. The 48-channel audio bus actually consists of the first 48 channels of the larger 256-signal BLU-Link connection, which is fully operational on the BLU-800, BLU-320, BLU-160, BLU-120, and BLU-BOB devices. Up to 60 compatible units can be connected to share the channels of a single bus. Like the other processors in the series, the BLU-100 features 12 Control Input jacks and 6 Logic Output ports for connecting the unit to other products with GPIO.
