A compact full duplex radio that weighs only 2.5 ounces/70 g and can be clipped to a jacket or tucked into a pocket. The included Cyber headset has a thin back strap and can be worn comfortably with any helmet. The complete system gives users the flexibility to listen/monitor or communicate simultaneously and hands-free. Operation of the E-Pak system is simple: just install charged batteries (included, with charger) and use it-that's it ! When transceivers are turned on, they connect automatically without tuning or programming. The transmission range is up to 300 yards/275 m, and an unlimited number of E-Pak systems can operate in the same place without crosstalk or interference. The lithium-ion batteries, after being charged, can be replaced in the field in seconds, making E-Pak the perfect wireless for operations where the system must also run for more than six hours, which is the typical run time on a charged battery. The standard E-Pak package includes everything needed to equip the instructor he students, the manager and his staff, and any similar application. E-Pak radios are field programmable so that this basic system can be expanded simply by adding Cyber transceivers and headsets to the existing set.
