The VTX A8 is a next-generation line array element that delivers the cutting-edge technology of JBL Professional's VTX A series in a compact solution for rental and small- to medium-sized installations. It is designed to meet a variety of sound reinforcement needs for live events, theaters, conference halls, and productions requiring front fill, side arrays, or other auxiliary support for large-scale VTX systems. Thanks to proprietary JBL woofers, next-generation high-frequency drivers, and waveguide technology, it delivers high performance, great efficiency, and an unmatched constant 110° horizontal coverage. The VTX A8 combines two 8'' woofers, four 3.5'' midrange drivers, and two 2'' high-frequency drivers in a single low-profile cabinet. The proprietary dual-flared bass ports, precisely engineered for maximum performance, extend the usable low-frequency range down to 49 Hz. The VTX A8 shares the patented rigging mechanism and suspension system of the VTX A series for quick and secure installation; in addition, a complete suite of accessories offers multiple configuration options.
