With KR-11 the compact and portable Rhythm Box from KORG the Beat and Groove are at your fingertips! Simple to use it is the ideal tool for rhythm practice or daily study for any musician. On KR-11 you can find 126 Rhythm Patterns and 14 programmable Users, 16 Dynamic Pads, Tap Tempo and Swing functions, combined with an efficient amplification system, you can power it by AC adapter or by battery to use it really anywhere.

Rhythm playback and customization

KR-11 is super easy to use! Just choose your favorite genre and press Play, each genre includes 14 variations for a total of 126 distinct patterns, as well as 14 dedicated Slots on which users can easily save their personal patterns. KR-11 is lightweight and compact can be powered by batteries. The built-in speaker allows it to be heard virtually anywhere. In addition to 8- and 16-bar fundamental patterns, KR-11 offers specific styles such as ''Blues/R and B'' and ''Country'' ideal for guitarists and ''Island'' for ukulele. In addition to three-beat patterns, KR-11 also offers more complex five- and seven-beat patterns. The Swing function gradually modifies the performance of each Pattern, expanding the versatility and range of possible variations. KR-11 also includes a metronome for basic practice, making it an indispensable tool for many musicians of all levels.

Pedal control

A foot switch (optional) can be attached to KR-11 to facilitate Start/Stop, Pattern change, and fill-in operations in pattern play mode to control KR-11 without using your hands. In Pad Play mode, the foot switch allows you to play any drum timbre for a more authentic performance (bass drum and hi-hat are pre-assigned at the factory). KR-11 also includes a headphone/line-out jack, which allows its connection to a PA, mixer, amplifier or other devices.

Finger Drumming

The unit's 16 pads are assigned drum sounds such as kick drum, snare drum, hi-hat, and cymbals, these can also be used for finger drumming, the pads are velocity sensitive and respond appropriately forcefully to finger strokes on the pads, thus enabling the creation of more realistic drum patterns. You can also save personal performances in the User bank, and play them back later when needed. With its compact design, battery power supply, and built-in speakers, KR-11 can also be used seamlessly for performances on the street, outdoors, or anywhere else.

Newly developed speakers

KR-11 possesses a compact yet powerful newly developed speaker system that offers wide frequency response and natural resonance. In addition, Acoustage Bass technology (*) helps reproduce the deep sound of drum bass.
