KORG microAUDIO 22 is a compact 24-bit/192 kHz USB-C audio interface ideal for home recording, streaming and music production. It records vocals, instruments and Line/Hi-Z sources with professional quality thanks to built-in preamplifiers and dynamics processors (compressor, limiter and gate). It offers zero-latency monitoring and instant control of headphones and main outputs.

High-quality components

The microphone and line inputs use a high-quality audio operational amplifier with a fully balanced configuration. Line inputs feature a buffer circuit that ensures low noise and distortion.

Audio support up to 24-bit / 192 kHz

The unit is powered through the USB-C port just plug it into your computer to start using it.

Mic/Line Inputs (Hi-Z)

Combo jacks accept XLR or jack connectors and support balanced signals. XLR inputs offer +48 V phantom power. A stereo link function is available that allows both inputs to be used as a stereo pair, adjusting gain with a single control. The outputs are on balanced TRS jacks.

Loopback function

Allows you to use audio played from your computer in streaming, video chat or as a source for sampling in your DAW.

Direct monitoring with dedicated mix

Enables zero-latency monitoring, with the ability to mix the direct signal with audio from the computer.

Built-in DSP for dynamics control

Each channel has noise gate and compressor/limiter. Parameters have been carefully selected to allow quick and effective adjustments.

Each channel has Mic, Line and Hi-Z inputs, 48V Phantom Power, Noise Gate and assignable dynamic processors (Compressor/Limiter), which can also be applied to audio from the computer (available with update v1.01). Front controls allow quick action on essential parameters, while zero-latency direct monitoring ensures instant listening during every recording and performance. The headphone output can be operated independently of the main outputs, ideal for click track or cue monitoring (with update v1.01). The Stereo Link function allows you to control both channels with one knob, an ideal solution for stereo synths and paired sources.

Perfect for streaming and mobile production

Loopback mode sends computer audio directly to the livestream or DAW, simplifying streaming, sampling and content creation.

With USB-C connectivity, microAUDIO 22 also works with smartphones and tablets, easily adapting to home, live, or online streaming setups.

Filter Ark Included - The Heart of Creative Sound Design

Included exclusively with microAUDIO 22Filter Ark is KORG's new filter plug-in for production in DAW environments. It recreates with extreme fidelity the legendary analog filters of MS-20, Polysix, miniKORG 700S and ARP ODYSSEY, while introducing new modern models such as physical resonators and vocal filters (Vowel). Up to four filters can be used simultaneously, configuring them in series, parallel or feedback, and take advantage of an advanced modulation system with Morfable LFO, sequencer and macro controls. In this way the filter becomes a true creative tool and not just an effect. Scale Quantize and ready-made presets guarantee consistently good results, enabling expressive and modern sounds far beyond traditional filtering.
