Horizon 16 is a 34-input/34-output Thunderbolt 3 audio interface and converter featuring 16 channels of line I/O distributed across four DB25 connectors and 32-bit conversion with a dynamic range of 133 dB. Thanks to a dedicated path for the stereo mix bus and a round-trip latency of 0.99 ms, the Horizon 16 allows you to keep an entire rack of external gear connected and route the signal to your DAW without sacrificing inputs-designed for the sound engineer who integrates analog hardware or instruments into a hybrid mixing workflow.
Key Features
● 34-input / 34-output connectivity via Thunderbolt 3
● 16-input / 16-output main line I/O via four DB25 connectors
● Dedicated inputs for the stereo mix bus for mastering the master
● Dedicated stereo monitoring outputs for independent reference listening
● 32-bit / 192 kHz conversion, 133 dB dynamic range
● Round-trip latency of 0.99 ms (192 kHz, 64-sample buffer)
● Dual ADAT I/O—16 channels of digital expansion
● Horizon Control software—virtual patch bay, custom monitoring, and comprehensive metering
● Advanced monitoring control—mono, polarity, attenuation, and reference level
● Selectable reference levels (+18 dBu, +24 dBu) and BNC word clock I/O
● Scalable architecture—daisy-chain up to four Horizon units on a single driver, for a maximum system capacity of 200 x 200 I/O
