Jbl CONTROL 30

The Control 30 is the 3-way speaker from the Control Contractor series. It is the perfect choice for installations in restaurants, gyms, water parks, and theme parks, as well as for all indoor and outdoor applications where high-fidelity music playback is required. Available in black, it can be painted and finished to perfectly match the style of any environment. Its powerful components, the horn optimized for the coaxial driver, a sophisticated crossover, and innovative, proprietary cabinet manufacturing techniques result in ultra-high-fidelity performance with an extended frequency response across a well-defined coverage area. It is equipped with a top-quality transformer for connection to 70- or 100-volt distribution lines, featuring minimal insertion loss and reduced saturation, but it can also operate in low-impedance mode. The unique, patented "Invisiball" mounting system (included with every system) allows for quick and easy installation combined with enhanced theft protection. This system allows the speaker to be rotated over a wide range of angles from the axis. Weather resistance is maximized by the woofer (with a neodymium magnet, fiberglass cone, and Kevlar), the midrange driver with an anodized aluminum cone, and the compression driver with a pure titanium diaphragm. The coaxial driver is protected by an acoustically transparent shield; the grille is also coated with heat-shrinkable material and offers exceptional resistance to UV rays and humidity. The back of the grille utilizes the proprietary "WeatherMax" system, consisting of a multilayer foam that prevents direct water penetration. Finally, protection for the input connections is ensured by rust-resistant nickel-zinc terminals covered by a sealed housing. It is equipped with JBL's exclusive "SonicGuard" protection system, which is virtually inaudible to the listener, making the speaker more reliable while maintaining full sound fidelity.
