DAS ACTION-508A

ACTION-508A is a self-powered system designed for versatile use in both fixed installations and portable PA systems. Its compact and lightweight design makes it ideal for situations where size and weight are important factors. Thanks to its 90° x 60° rotatable diffuser, it can be used horizontally as a stage monitor, in installations, or as a front fill in larger configurations.

Equipped with a 720 W Class D peak amplifier and an 8-inch transducer (model 8GV) and a 1.5 cm M-34 compression driver, the ACTION-508A achieves a maximum sound pressure level of 122 dB and delivers clear and efficient sound reproduction across the entire frequency range from 65 Hz to 20 kHz. The system features DAScontrol™ technology, which allows users to adjust presets, equalizer modes, delay, gain, and signal source mixing via a 24-bit DSP and LCD display on the rear panel.

The birch plywood enclosure with durable ISO-Flex coating ensures durability in professional environments. In addition, the system features a built-in mixer with 2 balanced XLR inputs, an additional 3.5 mm mini jack input, and a powerCON connector, making it easy to integrate into various sound configurations.
