HK Audio Elements MK2 635

The Elements MK2 635 is the midrange/tweeter unit for the Elements MK2 systems. This passive speaker features six 3.5-inch drivers, has a power handling capacity of 250W, an impedance of 12 ohms, and a frequency response of (-6dB) 170Hz - 18kHz, reaches a peak SPL of 132dB, and has a coverage angle of 90° horizontally and 5° vertically.

The completely redesigned mid-high unit utilizes a special waveguide (phase plug) that ensures uniform horizontal dispersion and consistent coverage throughout the listening area.

The mid-high driver's automatic detection system recognizes the number of modules in use and automatically loads the appropriate filter for the necessary mid-frequency compensation. This ensures a consistent sound without the need for manual adjustments.

The cabinet, which in this version has a larger volume than the previous model, further improves mid-bass reproduction, lending greater body to vocals, live music, and the overall sound impact.

With the newly designed SnapLock system developed by ELEMENTS, the MK2 features an innovative connection mechanism equipped with a smart locking system. This creates a secure and stable connection between the mid-high unit, the spacer, and the subwoofer, allowing for assembly and disassembly in a single motion without the use of tools.

Signal transmission occurs via robust contact surfaces; this makes the connectors less susceptible to wear, dirt, and mechanical stress, ensuring reliable long-term operation.

Uniform Sound Distribution

ELEMENTS MK2 utilizes the principle of line array speakers to ensure optimal sound distribution.
