DJI Care Refresh covers accidental damage and allows up to 4 product replacements in two years at a low cost.

In order to use Flyaway coverage, users must have linked their DJI account and remote controller to their drone using the DJI Fly app.

If this binding operation has not been completed before suffering a Flyaway accident, Flyaway coverage cannot be used.
