The Shure CVG12DBC microphone belongs to the Centraverse series and is designed for professional installation applications dedicated to speech broadcasting. It is designed for meeting rooms, corporate boardrooms, corporate environments, institutions, houses of worship and discussion systems where clear and controlled speech pickup is required.

The 12-inch gooseneck with dual-section construction allows precise adjustment of capsule orientation, enabling the microphone position to be easily matched to the speaker's voice. This configuration makes it possible to maintain a proper distance from the voice source and ensure consistent and intelligible pick-up.

The electret condenser capsule with cardioid polar pattern is optimized for spoken voice. The frequency response from 70 Hz to 16kHz) is calibrated to improve consonant definition and reduce the pickup of ambient noise helping to limit the risk of feedback in amplification systems.

The integrated table base allows for stable and neat installation on meeting tables, desks and podiums. Connection is via a built-in 3.65-meter XLR cable that allows immediate connection to mixers, PA systems or professional sound matrices.
