The Raccoon P7/4 is an IP65-certified par with high brightness and high CRI. It is designed for applications where both brightness and quality are of great importance, particularly for rental equipment and situations requiring high light output. It features seven extremely bright LEDs, each of which has four colours: red, green, blue and mint. It is possible to switch between maximum brightness and maximum colour quality (high CRI). The projector offers first-class control options. The core technology of the Raccoon series is colour calibration technology, which ensures excellent colour quality and stability. By integrating XY control mode technology, the Raccoon series guarantees consistent and accurate colours at all times. Sophisticated software technology developed in Europe ensures exceptionally stable colour output in all circumstances. Thanks to temperature compensation (LED), which is continuously monitored by the software, any visible colour shift during operation is avoided. It uses the same calibration standards as the Infinity Signature series, thus ensuring high colour uniformity of the projectors. The easy-to-use menu system offers five different internal dimming curves, including a tungsten shift simulation that also works with a colour filter! It can handle CCT, RGB and Lee filters internally. In addition to XY mode, control via DMX and RDM is also possible, as well as manual control. The PWM frequency is adjustable between 640 Hz and 25 kHz and ensures flicker-free images. Basic settings such as PWM and dimming curve can be copied between Raccoon devices in the same network to ensure identical behaviour. The robust DMX 5P XLR and Power Pro True connectors ensure reliable connections and comply with IP65 protection. With its elegant housing and accessories such as barndoors, a top hat, filter frames and diffuser filters, the Raccoon series is an ultra-flexible competitor to high-end pars.
