CARBON8 is an experimental 8-voice synthesizer that introduces radically new ways of creating, exploring and performing cutting-edge sounds.

Its sound engine, which doubles the complexity of the ARGON8 and COBALT8 series, is based on two oscillators capable of generating complex Core waveforms (algorithms and wavetables), along with powerful XCore cross-modulation algorithms, advanced filter technology, and exciting new LFO capabilities. In addition, the CARBON8M features an acclaimed arpeggiator, sequencer, and internal effects that are highly valued by Modal users.
