EP4T fiber extender is a fiber optic transmitter that uses advanced technology to transmit audio and video signals over long distances without loss of quality, overcoming the limitations of length and signal degradation. Fiber optic transmission, in fact, is resistant to electromagnetic interference, ensuring stable signal transmission even in difficult electromagnetic environments.

The EP4T transmitter can operate in stand-alone mode, i.e., alone, combined with, for example, a Nova. Star LED processor. Alternatively, it can be used in conjunction with the EP4R receiver or integrated with all Novastar devices equipped with fiber optic input and output.

Architectural installations: consider the facade of a building illuminated by a pair of video projectors. In this scenario, two uncompressed 4K video signals need to be sent to the projectors, with the source located a long distance from the destination. Fiber transmission guarantees quality and reliability

University campuses: when a pair of uncompressed 4K signals needs to be transferred from one point on campus to another, EP4 extenders are an ideal solution for overcoming the limitations of traditional connections

Live events and video control rooms: in situations where the control room is located far from the stage, fiber allows the signal to be sent directly to the stage monitors or other devices, maintaining maximum quality and stability

Thanks to 8 / 10-bit lossless compression, it guarantees optimal video quality, offering clear and detailed images. The compact design and Plug and amp; Play installation simplify configuration, allowing easy and immediate extension of signals.

The transmitter includes 4 EOLP-8596-02-I multi-mode modules, with a maximum transmission distance of 300 km.
