3-pin female XLR connector. Series B. Color: nickel, gold-plated contacts. Vertical mounting on board. Grounding: separate ground contact connected to connector housing and front panel, no connection to pin 1. Switch contacts are activated by mating connector, allowing indication, monitoring and control of mating connection. The switch provides one normally open contact and one normally closed contact. Metal mounting flange provides continuous circumferential ground contact with the chassis for improved EMC and RF protection. Steel safety latch. Materials: polyamide insert, zinc housing. Environmental specifications: UL 94 V-0, IEC 61076-2-103, protection IP 40, temperature range -30 °C to +80 °C.
