The DK7 G2 is a 7-piece drum microphone kit: bass drum, snare, toms, and overheads. It includes 4xDM20 Gen 2, 1xSR25mp Gen 2, 1xDM6, 4xRM2 drum stands, 2xmicrophone clips, a bag, foam windscreen, and a custom carrying case.

Earthworks has upgraded the internal electronics of the DK7 Gen 2 to reduce phantom power consumption, while adding extra protections to prevent damage from accidental connections. Although it's well known that you should never connect a condenser microphone to active power, this sometimes happens in live situations. These improvements make the DK7 Gen 2 more robust, compatible, and easy to use.

Every aspect of the DK7 Gen 2 has been designed to optimize speed-and that includes how quickly it can be mounted and dismounted. The new and improved mounting solution for toms and snare drums saves significant time and enhances the user experience.
