Bi-directional SDVoE 10G transceiver for ultra-low latency 4K AV over IP, HDR, 10-bit color, USB 2.0 KVM routing, IR, RS-232 and Ethernet extension over fiber up to 300 m
The SDV-FTRX-BD is a 10G SDVo. E transceiver designed to extend, route, and distribute 4K AV signals with extremely low latency within AV-over-IP networks. SDVo. E (Software Defined Video over Ethernet) is the most advanced 10 Gigabit AV-over-IP standard available today, a platform that enables the transport of 4K video, audio, USB, control, and networking with virtually zero latency using standard 10G Ethernet switches.
Thanks to ultra-lightweight compression, virtually lossless for most content, it supports HDMI and Display. Port streams up to 4K with HDR, 10-bit color, and multi-channel HD audio in pass-through mode, ensuring high quality even in critical applications.
Multi-mode fiber optic transmission enables point-to-point connections up to 300 meters, while IR, RS-232, USB 2.0, and Ethernet can be carried alongside the AV signal, providing a complete infrastructure over a single connection. The integrated USB hub enables both point-to-point KVM extension and USB routing between multiple endpoints, making the system suitable for control rooms, multi-user environments, and interactive installations.
In combination with the SDV-CS8 IP Master Controller, required for advanced control, the transceiver can be integrated into distributed AV matrix switchers, multi-view configurations, and video walls, without the need for dedicated processors. EDID and HDCP management ensures compatibility with any source or display, while basic configuration can be performed via the front OSD buttons.
Supports special Simultaneous Mode for USB extension, with a host connected to a transceiver that can connect up to 7 transceivers with USB devices (storage drives are not supported; requires CYP SDV-CS8)
