DAP NGA-12A

The NGA-12A is a compact active loudspeaker designed for versatile audio applications. It features a 12" woofer paired with a 1.4" compression driver, delivering a frequency response of 46 - 20,000 Hz (-10 dB). The system is powered by a 1000W RMS Class-D amplifier and includes a built-in DSP engine with four selectable user modes. The rear panel offers two combo XLR/jack inputs. One of these accepts both mic and line-level signals, while the other supports Hi-Z sources such as electric guitars. A balanced XLR output is available for linking to additional speakers; this output sums both analogue inputs but excludes the Bluetooth signal. Further audio shaping is possible via a flexible crossover section with multiple crossover frequency options, as well as a 3-band equaliser with adjustable frequency, Q-factor and EQ type. Delay settings and user-defined EQ presets can be stored directly on the device. BT 5.3 connectivity enables wireless audio streaming and supports True Wireless Stereo (TWS) pairing. In addition, the NGA-10A can be remotely controlled via a dedicated app, allowing access to output gain, 3-band EQ, speaker name, speaker positioning (wall, free-standing), crossover frequency, user modes and stored presets. Despite its feature set, the unit remains lightweight and portable, making it suitable for both fixed installations and mobile applications.
