Some electric guitars and basses – including Gibson, Rickenbacker, PRS (Paul Reed Smith) and Godin – have a stereo output. This enables two separate channels to be used to output the different pickup signals, instead of the same output as is the case with normal electric guitars. Each signal can be transmitted separately. The connection cable required is a stereo cable with 3-pin stereo jack at one end and two mono jacks at the other. We once again chose Neutrik’s slim, rugged jack connectors for the KLOTZ Vario Stereo Guitar Cable, and teamed them with our proven KIK cable. The high tensile strength provides stability, while the double shielding including a conductive plastic shield delivers effective protection from electromagnetic interference.
