With a cardioid polar configuration, the most common configuration used in live and studio applications, the T1 prioritizes the features you really need, giving you the smooth sound of classic condenser microphones.

Featuring the same twin 1-piece titanium-plated brass capsule handcrafted for the T2, the T1 is a microphone that delivers incredible results on a wide range of sources. Titanium is 33 percent stiffer and more than 300 percent lighter than gold, allowing for faster transient response, perfect for capturing sources that have an envelope with a predominant attack such as drums, cymbals, percussion, and double bass, to name just a few possible applications. The T1 stands out in live environments, used in pairs for drum overheads or as a single mic for instruments.
