You can use a standard Y-cable with a 3.5 mm jack to connect to the laptop headphone output. Vils sums the two stereo channels to mono, so you will only need one free microphone input to connect to the sound system. Palmer vils is super easy to use, and its passive operation does not require a power supply. A network consisting of a resistor and transformer simultaneously balances the signal to ensure optimum level and impedance matching. Interference is thus removed, even with longer cables.
