Compact and robust, the Xone:24 packs the essential tools for any DJ who wants Xone quality in a small chassis. With its clear and intuitive layout, it combines flexibility and performance for home, club, and mobile console setups, offering the classic Allen & Heath analog sound with +18dB headroom and a frequency response from 20Hz to 30kHz. The user experience is enhanced by new RGB meters, tactile controls, and a layout optimized for creative mixing.

The sound of analog

At the heart of the Xone:24 is a fully analog audio path, featuring high-gain, low-noise RIAA preamps, matched Phono/Line inputs, and pure analog summing. The 3-band isolator EQ offers precise control over the three bands (500Hz, 1.1kHz, and 3.5kHz) with +6dB boost and Total Kill at -75dB. The MIC/AUX channel features a 2-band EQ (160Hz and 4.4kHz) with MIC/AUX selector and dedicated On/Off switch, ideal for additional vocal or line-level sources.

Xone:VCF filter

The Xone:VCF analog filter allows you to creatively and precisely shape your sound with two modes, High-Pass and Low-Pass, adjustable frequency (<20Hz – >20kHz), and resonance control from MILD to WILD. The filter can be assigned to channels 1, 2, and the AUX channel, with smooth transitions thanks to illuminated soft-switch buttons (which trigger noise when activated).

Perfect crossfader for scratching!

The Allen & Heath Xone:24 DJ mixer features the 45mm Mini innoFADER, a smooth-response VCA crossfader with 3 selectable curves (Constant Power, Transition, Fast Cut) and On/Off switch. The 45mm channel faders offer precise level control. The cue system includes Latching and Non-Latching modes, selectable on the fly, as well as Split Cue and Cue/Master Blend control for professional headphone monitoring. Adapt it freely to your habits!

External effects integration

The new Master Insert FX loop allows you to connect external effects or dynamics processors via RCA send/return connections. The main signal remains stable even with the Insert activated without hardware connected, thanks to jumpers that ensure continuity of the audio path. The Insert can also be used for graphic equalizers or limiters dedicated to Master level control.

Monitoring and outputs

The dashboard features chromatic RGB meters for each channel and a 12-segment LED bar for the Master. The two headphone outputs (1/4'' and 3.5mm) offer flexibility in monitoring, while the RCA Booth and Record outputs expand the routing possibilities. All main controls are backlit for perfect visibility even in dark environments. The Master OUT (on balanced XLR connectors) and Booth outputs have dedicated (separate and independent) volume controls.
