RME Premium LINE M-32 AD Pro II-D

The M-32 Pro II series is designed to meet the needs of professional studios, immersive sound installations, live sound systems and industrial applications that require a reliable analog conversion solution with high-level network audio processing. These new converters are available with 32 analog inputs or outputs and with Dante or AVB, for a choice of four different models.

With up to 32 channels, fully equipped MADI I/O, improved specifications with extremely low THD values, intelligent channel routing, and innovative usability, the all-new M-32 Pro II series truly represents the state of the art in exceptional audio performance.

All devices are equipped with a host of advanced features. A second network port has been added to provide redundancy or allow cascading within the same network (Dante model only). Word Clock BNC and coaxial MADI connectors are integrated, and optical MADI can be added with an optional SFP module, making it ideal for applications requiring a large number of channels at high sample rates. Channels on both MADI ports can be individually routed to and from AVB/Dante.

Dante connectivity has been a frequent request and has been integrated to work natively on the M-32 Pro II-D hardware. It provides direct connectivity to other audio devices via standard switches and allows users to directly record and playback up to 64 channels from their computer to any analog and digital I/O on the M-32 using Audinate's Dante VirtualSoundcard (license not included).

AVB models transmit and receive up to 128 channels at 48 kHz (96@96k, 64@192k) and with precise, fixed latency for the entire network. Each device reveals its status and configurable options to ATDECC controllers on the network, allowing it to be integrated into time-aware systems using the open IEEE 1722.1 standard.
