ACTION-S18 is a passive direct radiation subwoofer equipped with an 18-inch speaker (model 18FW) featuring a 3-inch voice coil and a coil width of 20 mm in a double-layer sandwich configuration, optimizing the performance and efficiency of the system. The new design incorporates a forced convection circuit that improves heat dissipation, contributing to more efficient operation and a longer service life.
The ACTION-S18 is constructed from high-quality birch plywood and finished with a durable ISO-Flex coating to withstand demanding environments. This subwoofer is ideal for applications that require solid bass reproduction, with a frequency response down to 33 Hz and a maximum sound pressure level of 133 dB, making it a powerful and versatile solution.
To ensure optimal performance, we recommend using DAS Audio amplifiers and processors with presets and limiters specifically stored for the passive versions of the ACTION-500 series.
